Dear parents,
I hope this letter finds you well.
We are pleased to inform you that Boston School International has partnered with Ni Uno Más
(NI1+), a non-profit organization, formally established in Panama, whose mission is to promote
good social coexistence and contribute to the improvement of emotional and mental well-being,
through the different programs, projects, and activities focused on to the eradication of bullying
and cyberbullying in Panama and the region. The organization’s core values are: respect for
diversity, empathy, professionalism, social awareness, and solidarity.
We will welcome NI1+ to our school on March 24th for an introduction where students will learn
about the Organization’s mission, vision, values, and key objectives—as well as a brief historical
overview and future projects. Students will fill out a questionnaire to help guide and monitor the
program. The Learning and Growth Center will be working on the schedule for the day and we will
share more details with students when the day approaches.
Finally, we look forward to NI1+ training sessions for our students to understand and act in
different scenarios and cases of bullying. The NI1+ psychology team will also develop an exclusive
training session for the administrative-teaching staff to involve the entire community.
We will be sharing more details with you about our partnership with Ni Uno Más as we plan
activities with them.
