We want to remind you that Boston School International will be hosting a general vaccination campaign for our students (Early Learning up to Secondary) for some of the following: Influenza, Human Papilloma Virus, Covid Sars-2, and others. The staff from the Policentro de Parque Lefevre will carry out the vaccinations, so, If you wish to have your son or daughter vaccinated, we kindly request for you to fill out the permission slip below. Please, print, sign, and return the form along with a copy of the vaccination card. We will let you know of the specific day so your son/daughter can bring the physical vaccination card or record.
